1. When will my product arrive? Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that processing your order takes 2-4 business days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
2. I ordered two products, why did I only receive one? To ensure faster delivery, we may ship items separately if they are sourced from different warehouses. Rest assured, the rest of your order is on its way and will arrive shortly. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
3. How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you did not receive tracking details, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.
4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? If your order has not yet been processed, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [support@aslaya.com] with your order number and the correct address. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is missing items? We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please email us at [support@aslaya.com] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damaged items. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. For other destinations, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.
7. What is your return policy? We accept returns on items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
